As you can see by looking closely at the 2nd pictures,energy-efficient exoskeleton incorporates wind turbines near the top and provides numerous environmental benefits (thermal mass for insulation, shading, enclosure for terraces). In addition to wind turbines, the tower will use also photovoltaic panels and solar hot water generation.
