The Paris Opera is the opera company of France. It was built in 1669.It was founded by Louis XIV. Its official name is Académie Royale de Musique but people also known as Opera. Opera has 2700-seat theatre Opéra Bastille which opened in 1989, 1970-seat Palais Garnier which opened in 1875 and 500-seat Amphitheatre under the Opéra Bastille.
