This project was for the Construction, Completion, Commissioning and Maintenance of a multi-storey commercial center in Kuwait city. This involves the engineering, procurement and construction of all required Architectural, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works. The project included a lower basement for services, upper basement for shops, food court, children play area and other relevant services, ground floor and two mezzanines for shops, a bank, coffee shops, health club and roof top swimming pool, thirty seven floors of lease-able office space and a 56 meter high crown to house mechanical services and window cleaning equipment.
